David Julius DeBourge

Mr. DeBourge proudly served his country in the United States Army, retiring after 24 years of service. He was a member of Knight of Columbus Belleville Council 1028 and a Fourth Degree member of Bishop Janssen Assembly 0199. He also belonged to the Metro East Coin & Currency Club. He was a loving father and grandfather, who will truly be missed.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathryn DeBourge, nee Jester; and his parents, Edgar and Theresa, nee Nivois, DeBourge.

David is survived by his Children: Tony Meadows of Florida, Susan (Alfred) Wood of Troy, IL, ‎Gregory (Jennifer) DeBourge of O'Fallon, IL and Patricia (Ken) Phillips if Troy, IL and 12 Grandchildren ranging in age from 7 to 33.

Visitation: Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, July16, 2015 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral: Services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the funeral home with Fr. Dennis Voss officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
