Dominick was one of our son Alek's best friends. They would talk for hours and laugh out loud. Alek says Dominick's passing has left a hole in his heart, and in turn, we also feel the huge loss of the joy this polite, funny young man would always bring when we chatted with him on their FaceTime calls. We all send our love and condolences to your family. We will all miss him so much!

Dom was one of my very closest friends. His laugh was the funniest thing ever, and he brought so much joy to everyone. We fought so much as all friends do, but when I needed him the most he was always there 100%.

He was my online best friend we always talked he was the only one who texted me he was the nicest and funniest person you would ever meet he would always make me smile. He was the type of person who would protect anyone and who would make sure your ok

Dominick was always the friendliest Elementary student at BV I have been fortunate to know. As a former BV elementary principal, I will always remember his smile, stories, and  laughter! Dominick always was sharply dressed daily. (No dress code violations ever!) 😉. His friendly personality was always appreciated and his goal/future to become a policeman discussion was heartfelt! (He always wanted to talk about law enforcement with everyone and anyone. )  I am saddened to hear of his passing! He will be missed by so many! I am honored to have known him! Love to the family!

It is great sadness that I send you prayers for your sweet Dominick.
 I remember him playing outside Learning Journey and always having a smile on that sweet face. I know he will be greatly missed.. Let the memories of his happy childhood. always bring a smile to your face and warm your ❤️

I had the privilege of working with Dominick every Tuesday and Thursday at after school homework help for the past two years. Dominick had such a welcoming and sweet demeanor, and his sense of humor was infectious. He made a positive impact on my life, and he truly appreciated my passion for math even when he thought I was lame. Dominick was always cracking the best jokes and making everyone around him laugh. He knew exactly how to get me off track when we were working on his homework because he was just simply fun to be around. I will miss him dearly. My deepest condolences to Dominick's family and close friends. I am keeping you in my thoughts and sending strength to help you through this unimaginable loss.

Dominic was a great student. He was always respectful to everyone, even when they weren't to him. Dominic was always there for me and many of us. While we were in class together, we got to know each other pretty well. Dom told me about his dream of becoming a police officer like his brothers were. He was always good to everyone and we will miss him. Rest in peace.

I’ve never met Dominic, but I have watched him grow since he was just a little guy  from viewing all the wonderful pictures that Karren shared on Facebook.  I could tell that he had great character, and that he wanted to be a policeman when he grew up. I will miss him, and I’m so blessed that I got to know him a little through the wonderful photographs that were posted of him through the years.

Dominick was a wonderful students and just a sweet individual. When he would come to PE class he'd always ask me about my favorite football team (The 49ers) and say, "Mr. B, they suck". I will never forget this very fond memory. 

Dominick was such a mature old spirited person, He had to be the most grown adult acting  8th grader i've ever met. We are all going to miss him but I believe one day we will meet him again. Our deepest prayers and heartfelt condolences go to Dominicks family as well as everyone that knew him and worked as a teacher/staff member at Belle Valley that played a valuable role his education endeavors.

I have had the privilege of getting to know Dominick over the past two and a half years. He has become a huge part of my life over that time. As I was learning the ropes in a new position at the school, he was always a friendly face with a welcoming hand shake and a "good day sir." We talked nearly every day the entire time I was there. He was always so positive and always had stories to tell. I could tell he loved his family by all the stories he told about them.  He loved to talk about his family.

More recently, he has been a wonderful part of our youth group at church. We were able to make memories together that I will never forget. There will always be a hole in our group. He brought such a joy and light into the room when he was there with his "dad jokes" and teasing around with each of us. He was loved and will be missed.

I pray that God be with you and for peace in your soul through all the grieving, as tough as it will be. I cannot imagine. I am so sorry for your loss. We are praying for you and we are here for you.

Dominick and me didn't really get to know each other but we were getting there. we and Dominick shared jokes a lot back and forward. I wish i had gotten to know Dominick a little bit more before his passing he seemed like a chill and funny dude and he was going to make a great man some day. I am sorry for your loss and that I know how it feels to lose a loved one.

Dominick was a bright light in my day at school. He said "good morning" everyday and was always respectful. When I had the pleasure of him in class, he made me smile with his stories and ideas that were "ahead of his time".  He spoke highly of his family and friends. I’m so saddened to hear about Dominic.  We enjoyed one another’s company when he came to my mothers/now nephew Christopher house.  He loved picking on me and always told me I was his favorite!  He prolly said that to whomever he was teasing at the moment.  He was truly a sweet kid and I feel lucky to have had in my life.  RIP sweet Boy💋

Dominick's smile and laugh always made my day.  He came to school  dressed nice and sharp with his black boots, jeans and a dress shirt.  He demonstrated  a genuine respect for his teachers and always greeted me with a great smile and good conversation.  I had him as a student for three years and just loved him.  Mom was always a pleasure to talk to and showed a strong connection with Dominick and his sister that I also  had the pleasure to have.  I enjoyed serving as their principal.  It broke my heart to hear about your loss.  Dominick will continue to brighten the world.  A smile like his will always be remembered.  I am so sorry.

I am so sorry for the loss of sweet Dominick.  He was my sweet second grader.  I will forever remember his sweetness, his dressing up and asking me how handsome he looked, and his desire to be a police officer.   I will cherish my time with him forever. I never had the pleasure of meeting Dominick in person but feel as though I knew him from the wonderful stories shared with me by his loving family. What a blessing he was to all who knew him. And sounds like he had a great future planned. While we are grieving over our terrible loss we must try to find some comfort in knowing God had other plans for Dominick and he is happy, and still smiling, and will, no doubt, be the best police officer Heaven has ever seen! Love you forever, sweet young man! ❤️❤️❤️
