Frank Edward Russell

Frank was born March 13, 1937 in Hartsville, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Elsie (Storey) Ring; son, Ray Russell; siblings, Wilbur Russell, Louis Russell and Perry Ring; and sister-in-law, Priscilla Russell and Billie Koehler.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Judy (Dupee) Russell. He is also survived by his children, Curt (Cindy Huddleson) Russell of Swansea, IL and Vicki (Alan) Davis of Ava, IL; grandchildren, Alyssa, Stephen, Joey and Melanie; great-grandchildren, Eli and Reese; and brother, Jerry Russell of Belleville, IL.

Frank worked with the water company in East St. Louis, IL for 32 years. Frank was a talented woodworker, enjoyed bowling, having a cold beer with good friends, and spending time with his wonderful family. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to Metro East Humane Society.

VISITATION: A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 4:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, IL.

SERVICE: A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded following services and final interment will be held at a later date at Lake View Memorial Garden, Fairview Heights, IL.
