Gary Lane Anielak

He was born on July 15, 1942 in St. Louis, the son of the late Bernard and Myrtle (Perrot) Anielak.

Gary married the love of his life Paula Dillard on May 1, 1971 at St. Johns UCC in Collinsville. She survives.

He worked at Browning as a gun stock refinisher, and in his free time enjoyed playing the piano and drums. He also enjoyed painting, fishing, working in the yard, playing chess, and collecting coins.

In addition to his wife, Paula, he is survived by two sons David (Christine) Anielak of St. Jacob and Joe (Penny) Raburn of Collinsville; seven grandchildren Melissa (Josh) Gibson, Nathan Anielak, Travis (Tara) Raburn, Nick Raburn, Paige Raburn, Tiffany Bierschwal, and Teaghan Bierschwal; three great grandchildren Emma Stroud, Arlo Stroud, and Isaac Gibson; two brothers, Lee (Judy) Anielak and Bob Anielak; several nieces, a nephew and lifelong friend Denny Davis.

In addition to his parents, Bernard and Myrtle, he is preceded in death by his sister in law Irene Anielak.

Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday October 6, 2018 at Copper Creek Christian Church in Maryville.
