Gary James Brown

Gary attended Eastside High School and graduated in the class of 1966. He later began a career in Ironwork, working for the Ironworker's Local 392. Gary had a passion for fishing, hunting, playing cards, playing video games, and he was an exceptional welder.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Eileen Brown and his brother Robert W. Brown.

Gary is survived by his daughters, Diana (Gary) Halcomb of Belleville, IL and Kelly (Brian) Walsh of Aviston IL; life partner; Connie Mercer of Swansea IL. brothers; Carl R.V. Brown of Palm Springs, CA and Mark (Sandy) Brown of Smithton, IL.

James (Theresa) Stearns of Columbia, Stephanie (Gregg) Richardson of Springfield, IL and Kimberly (Joe) Nephew of Millstadt, IL; grandkids, James (Stacey) Halcomb, John, Justin, and Matthew Walsh. Adam and Hannah Stearns, Abbie and Kyle Jennings, and Emma Richardson. Loved by many more family members, nieces, nephews, very close friends and former wife Janet Bridger.
