Mr. Niebur was a steel mill electrician.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul R. and Mary E., nee Murray, Niebur.
He is survived by a daughter, Mary Niebur; a son, Joel Niebur; three brothers, Tom (Karen) Niebur, Kevin Niebur, and John Niebur; two sisters, Diane (George) Lafikes and Paula (John) Koskie; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
