Ralph F. Klein Jr.

Mr. Klein was a member of Sterling Baptist Church and the Gideons International. Professionally, he was an Electrical Engineer with Bell Telephone. He retired from AT&T after 42 years of dedicated service.

He was preceded in death by his first wife V. “Beth”, nee Gunkel, Klein; his parents, Ralph F. and Nora, nee Nickel, Klein; a brother, George Klein; a sister, Ruth E. Rogers; and a brother-in-law, Marvin Rogers.

He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Klein; 2 sons, Larry (Donna) Klein, of Lawton; Okla. and Rex P. Klein of Zeigler, Ill.; a daughter, Janet (Mike) White of Fairview Heights, Ill.; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a brother, Glen (Anna) Klein; and a sister, Marcella (Charles) Phelps.

Funeral: Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Lake View Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
