Todd Joseph Louis Villa

Todd was born January 15, 1985 in Centreville, IL to Carlos L. and Shirley (Griffin) Villa. His father survives and resides in East St. Louis, IL; his mother preceded him in death on January 21, 2022.

He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joe and Margie Villa; maternal grandparents, William and Margaret Griffin; and dear friend, Mike Marshall.

Todd is survived by his father, Carlos Villa; siblings, Michael (Lena) Villa of Belleville, IL, Matthew (Christina) Villa of Cahokia, IL, Carlos Villa of East St. Louis, IL, John (Brittany) Villa of Belleville, IL and Daytona Villa of Madison, IL; nieces and nephews, Evelyn, Jaxson, Gunnar, Grace, Jayce, Skylar, Elena and Avery; and many close friends, including Jeff Austin, Corey Hamilton, Kyle Ripley, Justin Marshall and Joe Bryan.

Todd worked as a roofer for local companies, including Beyer Roofing and Siding and alongside Brian Thompson. He also worked in construction with Jerry Smalling and D.A. Grant Construction. He was a hard worker and enjoyed working alongside his father and best friend, Carlos. Todd was an avid fisherman, a knife specialist and enjoyed Kung Fu movies. He was a skilled and talented artist, working both in metalwork and woodworking. He loved listening to music and spending time with his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 1:00pm at Lake View Memorial Gardens, 5000 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, IL.
