

Wanda enjoyed playing the organ, cooking, and hosting holiday gatherings. She especially enjoyed spending time with her loving family. She was proud to be one of the first full time female bus drivers for Bi-State in Illinois. Wanda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob Egger and Gus and Laura, nee Greathouse, Sassi; son James Wesley Wilke; grandson Brandon James Peterson; brother James Egger; sister Catherine Loos; sister-in-law Patricia Felsoci; brothers-in-law George Wood and Wesley “Sonny” Wilke.
Surviving is her husband of over 60 years Robert Wilke; daughter Diana Lynn (Blake) Peterson; sons Bobby Dale (Michelle) Wilke, Brian Douglas Wilke; grandchildren Derek, Angie and Tyler Wilke, Ashley, Lauren and Ryan Peterson and Mikaela Wilke; sisters Shirley Davis, Myrna Faye Voellinger and Lorene “Bonnie” (Wayne) Roth; sisters-in-law Rae Jean Wood, Joyce (Bill) Schaaf, Judy (Cecil) Crites, Ethel Wilke and Beverly Egger; brothers-in-law Ray “Pal” (Joyce) Wilke, John Felsoci, Larry (Myra) Wilke and Charles “Chuck” (Cindy) Wilke and numerous nieces and nephews.
