Was playing around on Google and came across this- So I sat and went through all 58 photos slowly- I laughed and I cried! I am happy to know this is on there so I can always refer to this and see my favorite aunt wanda- O how much I miss you and how much I wish I could tell you so- I still cant fathom that you are no longer with us! I love You Dearly and miss you daily.

Wanda was one of the sweetest, funniest and all-around cutest ladies I ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was utterly magnetic and her positive spirit was irresistible. I will never forget some years back when I ran into her at Memorial Hospital and she was in the x-ray area. She was not feeling well, but with her usual grit & humor still managed to turn and say, "Oh honey, getting old is HELL." Ha, as the years have gone by, she had no idea just how many times I have reflected on that scenario and admired her for pressing on! I will never drive by West Blvd. and not think of her & Bob and how their love endured for decades -- and their legacy continues in their beautiful kids & grandkids as well. They exemplify the meaning of genuinely nice, good people. She was truly a one of a kind woman who surely taught her family by example how to love others & give sacrificially. You have my deepest sympathies & condolences for the loss of such a beautiful soul. She will live on in each of your lives & memories. Laugh, talk, tell the stories and keep the wonderful traditions of Wanda going. May God comfort you in your time of loss <3

I have fond memories of this crazy fun lady!  She made my wedding cake and helped at my reception.  I always smile when I think of the good times spent with her when I was growing up.  Hugs to her family.

Diane and family, you have my deepest sympathy, your mom will be missed by so many people.  I'm so glad I had the chance to visit with her at the Shiloh Homecoming this year.  Your mom was a "one of a kind lady" and will be greatly missed.  Thank you for calling me with this sad, sad news.

So sorry for your loss.  My husband, Charlie Walker, and Wanda were cousins.  He passed in September, so I am sure that he welcomed Wanda into Heaven.  May God give you peace and comfort in your times of sorrow.
