Our dear Uncle Frank will be in our hearts forever. He was our beloved mentor in life about values and morality, education, religion, medical issues, politics and more. His dying wish was to have his book published. In tribute to our wonderful uncle, the Cabot nieces and nephews have compiled his writings and published his book entitled "A Helpful Guide For Unified Living", now available as an ebook on Amazon. True to his character, Uncle Frank requested all proceeds go to poor patients of several medical universities. In honor of  this kind and generous doctor, please consider reading his book that is as much a memoir as it is a moral compass.

Dr Costanzo's office was in the same building as my Dad's drug store. Beloved mentor, compassionate, intuitive, highly intelligent, his love for his patients and good common sense inspire me to this day. What a gift his life was to us all! He did it well!.

I'll always have a special place in my heart for Dr Frank. He was always so sweet to us - as kids he'd stop by with chocolate or pizzas and a classic movie whenever we visited grandma in Cleveland.

Dr. Costanzo took care of our family members and saved my husband with a smart diagnosis that had alluded other medical staff. When a son hovered near death, his visits and advice had a lot to do with what pulled us through. For that and so much more, we are forever grateful.

Dr. Frank was a wonderful man and neighbor with a big heart, he will be greatly missed by my family. Miss Fannie you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Doctor is one of the best neighbors I probably could have ever had. I always will remember him as I grow older. Whenever I saw him, know matter what, there was always a smile on his face. My sympathy to the family.
