She was born on 2/28/32 in Batsch-Sentiwan, Yugoslavia. Beloved wife of Josef (deceased); dear mother of Ingrid (Wolfgang) Urban; grandmother of Kristina and Olivia; aunt of Maria (George) Klemens; great-aunt of Gary (Shelley) Klemens, great-great-aunt to Adam (Megan) Klemens and Megan Lucas; dearest sister of Anna (Adam) Drescher Haberstroh (both deceased).
She was a lifetime member of the Donauschwaben's German American Cultural Center and belonged to many groups within the organization. Katharina loved spending time with family. She was a crafter and enjoyed playing cards. She also loved to travel, seeing the sights in many different countries.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 27, 2025, from 10AM-11AM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday at 11:30AM at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 20970 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted.
