Vanessa M. Harmon

Vanessa Mari Harmon, 49, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away quietly on August 23, 2015 after a brief illness. She was raised in Berea, Ohio, and was a life-long Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians fan. She graduated from Parma High School in 1988, and moved to Virginia Beach in 1992. She was a long-time employee with Farm Fresh Supermarkets in Virginia Beach. With her sparkling blue eyes and broad smile, she always enjoyed a story and a good laugh. She loved her large extended family and enjoyed family gatherings.

Left to cherish her memory are her father, Thomas Harmon of Berea, Ohio, her mother, Jeanne Harmon of Newport News, Virginia; sister, Nora Phillips of Wickliffe, Ohio and two brothers: Brandan Harmon of Missouri City, Texas, and Roger Harmon of West Point, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held at 4 pm Sunday, October 18 at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Road, Fairview Park, Ohio 44126. Friends may call from 2 pm to 4 pm.
