Kenneth William Sparks

Kenneth William Sparks died in the early morning on August 30th 2011 at home with his family. Kenny and his wife Cheryl would have been married for 30 years this October. He is survived by his daughter Alexandra, and son Graham, a sister Joanne Fernandes, and brother John Sparks, Jr.

Born in Fall River, a son of John Sparks Sr. and the late Therese Sparks, he spent his youth in Fall River, moving to Little Compton in 1983.

Kenny was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Degeneration, a rare form of dementia, in 2006. A vivacious man with an infectious personality, he had the innate ability to make everyone he came in contact with smile. He was generous, caring, and would give the shirt off his back and often times did! Family and friends were blessed to have had him in their lives and they will live each day with a smile for having known him.

His memorial mass will be held Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM in St John the Baptist Church, 945 Main Road, Westport, MA. Relatives and Friends are invited.
