

Born in Fall River, a son of the late Lawrence E. and Mildred (Paradis) Vaillancourt, he was educated in local schools and was a longtime employee of the City of Fall River Public Works Dept. He also owned the former Kelly’s Pub.
A Unites States Army veteran, he saw service stateside. He was a communicant of St. Anthony of the Dessert Church, Immaculate Conception Church, and was a member of the Fall River Council Knights of Columbus. Larry enjoyed his motorcycle, his dog, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife, two daughters; Kelly A. Vaillancourt Camara and Kim M. Vaillancourt Frank and her husband John and one son; Lawrence J. Vaillancourt all of Fall River, five grandchildren Kristopher L. Vaillancourt, Sara H. Walker, Cody R. Camara, Johnmatthew and Madison R. Frank, four step children; Debra Daniel, Shirley Conner, William and David Powell all of California, several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren, one brother James Vaillancourt, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 9:00AM in Immaculate Conception Church, 15 Thomas St., Fall River. Contributions in his honor may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
