

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joao and Joanna (Almeida) Delgado, formerly of Sao Nicolau, Cape Verde.
Mrs. Green was a home health aide for many years before retiring. Lou Lou enjoyed playing bingo and was a member of the Fall River Fleet Reserve Association and the St. Mary Cathedral Guild.
Survivors include: three children, Mary E. Green of Fall River, Deborah J. Green of Warren and Toni L. Delgado-Green of Fall River; five grandchildren, Jason Green and his wife Mika, William D. Green and and his wife Kim, Shalyn Green and her fiancé Chris, Lauren Green and her wife Katelyn Germano-Green and Jose J. Ortega, Jr; five great grandchildren, Amariah, Brooklyn, Taurian, Alex and Avina Green and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late William D. Green, Jr., Susan Green and Flora Green-Cooper and sister of the late Angelina Delgado-Riley, Olivia Silva, Mary Rose Delgado-Richardson, Antonio, Alfred, Manuel, Joseph, Annie and Julia Delgado.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral mass on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 10:00 am in St. Mary’s Cathedral, Spring St., Fall River. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River.
