

Bob was born on June 19, 1947 in Fall River, Massachusetts to William and Dorothy (Just) Desrosiers. He leaves a sister, Donna L. (Desrosiers) Morgan, living in Cody, Wyoming and a nephew, Jason W. Morgan presently a Paramedic in Kuwait.
Bob grew up in Fall River and graduated from B.M.C. Durfee High School in June 1966. After graduation he attended Bristol Community College earning a degree in Accounting/Business. Bob had a natural talent with numbers which brought him great success in his life. From 1987 until his retirement in 2011, Bob worked at LifeStream, Inc. in New Bedford for 23 years where he was the Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance. “This is the best job I’ve ever had because it’s the first job where people were the outcome rather than the profit.”
Bob loved music and bought himself a baby Grand Piano. During his young adult years he played the keyboard in a band at local Fall River Clubs. He continued to take piano lessons to improve his skills. He also loved gardening and his home on Baird St was admired by many a passer by.
The other love of his life were his pets. Sparkles his dog,who also passed, will have her ashes laid to rest with his. His dog Mayzee and cats Fuzzy Furball and Patches will live out there lives with his sister in Cody, Wyoming.
After retiring Bob moved to Ft. Mohave, Arizona. He loved the arid desert and did not miss the cold and damp New England weather. He lived there for almost two years before a recent illness. In August he moved to Cody to live with his sister and her husband.
Bob will be cremated at Ballard Funeral Home in Cody, WY and his along with remains of his dog Sparkles will be delivered to Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Cherry Place at 178 Winter Street, Fall River, MA where there will be a Tribute to His Life on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Bob will be laid to rest with his Mother and Father and little dog Sparkles in Oak Grove Cemetery.
