

Born in Battambang, Cambodia, Soun was the daughter of the late Kong and Yay Airv Seng. She carried the values of her heritage throughout her life, bringing warmth, love, and compassion to everyone she encountered.
A dedicated worker, Soun spent many years in the local textile factories, where she was known for her strong work ethic and kindness to those around her. In her personal life, she was a woman of deep faith, often attending prayer services at the Buddhist Temple and finding peace in her gardening. Most of all, she cherished time with her family, who were the center of her world.
Soun leaves behind her three sons, Song Mom of Fall River, Chhuom Mom of Covington, TN, and Chantha Mom of Swansea. She was a proud grandmother to ten grandchildren and great-grandmother to six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Soun was predeceased by her brother, Chean Seng.
Her funeral ceremony will be held Monday, February 10, 2025, from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River and continued in the Chapel of Hope and Memory at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, RI. Relatives and friends are invited.
