

On February 6, 2016, of McLean, Virginia at the age of 81. Adele was born and raised in New Market, New Hampshire, where she was valedictorian of her high school senior class. She attended business school and moved to Washington DC to work at the CIA. She met her husband of 49 years, Edward Marrocco, who with his family owned Marrocco’s Italian Restaurant. They were married in 1956, and he passed away in 2005. They lived in McLean for almost 50 years. Adele worked at Long & Foster Real Estate, McLean office, for 37 years, most of that time as Branch Administrator. She also was active in her community and neighborhood, and she and Edward enjoyed an active social life.
Adele is survived by her four children, Edward (Margie), Mark (Statia), Michelle Everton
(Don), and Mia Eisenbart (Rick); by her grandchildren, Brittney Everton, Courtney Everton,
Harley Marrocco, Ricky Eisenbart, Jenna Marrocco and Alexa Eisenbart; and her sister
Jean Gagnon. She was predeceased by her brothers Adolph, Henry and Frank.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 12, 5-8 pm, at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West
Broad St, Falls Church, VA, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February
13, at 10:30 am, at St Luke Catholic Church, 7001 Georgetown Pike, McLean, VA. Interment
will be at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, MD.
