Annette Euganeo Morris

Annette Euganeo Morris, 95, passed away peacefully in Arlington, VA, on Tuesday, December 26th, 2017, surrounded by her loving daughters. She was preceded in death by her husband John. Annette was born on January 14, 1922 in Philadelphia to Anthony and Virginia Euganeo, where she grew up with six siblings. While working one summer in Wildwood, NJ, she met her future husband, John Morris. John convinced Annette to leave South Philly for the Washington, DC area to become his bride. Annette was a devoted wife and mother to her two daughters; Ann Marie Fay (Steve) and Christine Dragelin (David). Annette was a joyful presence and is remembered with love by her five grandchildren; Kelly Dragelin, Lauren Dragelin Labbe (Chip), John Dragelin, Stephan Fay, Brandon Fay; three great grandchildren; Benjamin, Emily and Samantha Labbe; including many nieces and nephews and friends. Annette was a strong and determined spirit who loved to laugh, give to others, and dance! She will be remembered as a bright, shining light who lit up every room she entered. Annette's life was a gift to us all! A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. James Catholic Church in Falls Church on Saturday, January 6th at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at National Memorial Park on Lee Highway in Falls Church, VA.
