Dana Kambris

Dana Kambris returned to Allah after 27 years of achievements on Earth. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, and raised in multiple countries, Dana set to be a voice for the voiceless at a young age after taking outrage at global inequalities. Dana studied for a Bachelor of Economics at the American University of Beirut and did not let an unexpected brain cancer diagnosis stop her. She went on to volunteer for the UN, complete a Master of Financial Economics at Western University in Canada, and work in the fields of finance and ESG research in Lebanon, Canada, and the UK. "Be a giver" was Dana's motto in life. She never complained of and rarely shared her health challenges, and was always grateful to Allah. She seized every moment to love people unconditionally, make them grow closer to God, and help them believe in themselves. Dana was a tireless mentor to students and aspiring professionals from across the globe, a firm promoter of climate action, and a generous supporter of disadvantaged youth. The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long.
