Dionisio V. Diaz, known to clients and friends as Danny Diaz, of Falls Church, VA, passed away on December 9, 2012 at the age of 74. Born in Spain, he was a recently retired, long-time Columbia Plaza/Foggy Bottom, Washington, D.C., businessman of over 43 years. Beloved husband for 51 years of Hilda Diaz and adored father of Maria Teresa Diaz (Manuel) of Falls Church, VA, the late Ana Diaz (deceased 2005), Carlos Diaz (Janine) of Dallas, TX, and Danny Diaz (Jacqueline) of Vienna, VA, and grandfather of Manuel Jr., Brieanna, Alicia, Sidney, Valentina, Natalia, Diego, Analise and Alex. Also survived by a brother, Jose Diaz (Carmen) and nephew, Roberto Diaz (Rosalia) of Maryland, as well as three brothers in Spain. Wake at MURPHY FALLS CHURCH FUNERAL HOME, 1102 West Broad St. (Rt.7) from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012.
