She was born on July 14, 1939.
Eloise is survived by one daughter, Gilda McFarland of Ruther Glen, Virginia; one son, Thomas Venable, Jr. of Chesterfield, VA, one sister, Connie Samuel of Falls Church, Virginia; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Thomas Venable, Sr.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 14, 2013, from 11am until 12 Noon service time at Galloway United Methodist Church, 306 Annandale Road, Falls Church, Virginia, 22042.
Interment will be in National Memorial Park, Falls Church, Virginia.
