She is survived by her children, Joe Garcia III, Diane (Dave) Allen, Roger (Michele) Garcia, Olivia Garcia, Victor Garcia, Dee (Jorge) Lorenzo; sister, Anne Sanchez; grandchildren, Seth Garcia, Jason Garcia, Tessa Garcia, Breanna Garcia, Joey Garcia, Marla Denardi , David Allen, Keith Allen, Miranda Garcia, Angelina Garcia, Kassandra Garcia, Sheryl Garcia, Victor Garcia, Jr., Robbie Garcia, Maxine Vasquez, Vincent Vasquez; 8 great grandchildren; and niece, Anna Gamble. She is preceded in death by spouse, Jose Garcia, Jr. and parents, Manuel and Olivia Casas.

A visitation for Esther will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Homes in Falls Church. Gathering will held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM followed by a funeral service starting at 11:45 AM. The graveside service to follow the funeral service at Fairfax Memorial Park, 9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032.
