Frances Simon Bernat

Frances Simon Bernat, 93, of Oxon Hill, MD, passed away on November 23rd, 2021. Frances was born in Duluth, Minnesota to Milton Simon and Gertrude Joffrey Simon on August 15, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry, and her three children, Renae, Corey, and Donna. She is survived by her adopted son, Ernesto “Tito” Olcese Noce, who has been her devoted caretaker since 2012. She is also survived by her brother, Jerry Simon, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, as well as nephews and nieces from both her natural family and from Tito’s family.
