Howard Edwin Colburn, of Fairfax, Virginia, born in Kentucky on May 2, 1925, passed away on June 30, 2015 at his home. Mr. Colburn was very proud of his U.S. Navy military service. He was a local VFW and American Legion member. Mr. Colburn was an accountant for Muzak.
He is survived by his wife Kathryn; son Kevin “Mike” Colburn and daughter, Sheri (Joe) Mirilovich: his grandsons, Matthew and Michael and three great grandchild.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, July 5 from 2 to 5 with an American Legion Ceremony at 3 p.m. Interment will be Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at noon in Quantico National Cemetery.
