Ms. Levine was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 4, 1923.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Philip Levine, who passed away in November of 1994 and her son-in-law, Rita's
husband, Alan Luger, who passed in October of 1992.
Ida is survived by one daughter, Rita Luger; Two grandchildren, Tara Grant and Todd Luger; Two great-grandchildren, Ava and Olivia.
There will be a graveside service at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, Va. on Thursday December, 13th at 11:00am.
