Passed away quietly at his home on Friday, April 27, 2012. He was recently preceded in death by his wife of 72 years Lee R. Forman. He is lovingly remembered by sons, Michael (Lee), Barry (Carole) and Howard (Lee of blessed memory); nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Sara Feldman, Ethel Gibbs, Anne Wolfe; brother, Leon Forman (Vicki); and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother Morris Forman.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 30 at 11 a.m. at B'nai Israel Congregation, 6301 Montrose Rd., Rockville, MD with interment to follow at King David Memorial Gardens in Virginia. The family will be observing Shiva at the home of Barry and Carole Forman through Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Isidore and Lee Forman endowment at the JCC of Greater Washington, JSSA Hospice or the charity of your choice .
