To the Family of Larry Milligan,
I was saddened to hear of Larry’s passing.  He was a classmate at North Caroline High School Class of 1971.  Larry was always upbeat and positive.  A good guy who liked everyone and who was liked by everyone.  You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

I am sorry Diane and Milligan family to hear of my cousin Larry passing on Facebook, i was shocked, the day of the service, if i had know i would have been there ..My heart is broken along with yours, he and his smile and humor will be missed love and prayers for all

My thoughts are with all of Larry's loved ones. He was such a wonderful man who I had the pleasure of working with and side by side for a few years. He helped show me how to stand my ground, professionally fight back when he would dig in and I couldn't have asked for a better work partner. Larry will always be a wonderful part of my life. Heaven has gained another angel! Words cannot begin to express the sorrow I felt at the news of Mr. Larry's passing.  He was an amazing man! His kindness, knowledge and humor will truly be missed, but I know his spirit will live on.

My deepest heartfelt condolences to all of his family & friends. Wishing each of you a comforting peace, strength to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart. Be blessed.

My deepest condolences to all those who knew and loved Mr. Larry. He was funny, kind, and a beacon of knowledge about all things cemetery. He was one of my first impressions of working for SCI and gave the best Tours of National Memorial Park. This is such a shock to me, but honestly, any time to hear of his passing would be years and years too soon. May Mr. Larry rest in peace and his family and friends find comfort in all the memories made and shared between each other.

I remember Larry in school ( North Caroline High),  he was a year ahead of me! We rode the same school bus and often sat together and talked! He was a talker and I was then and I still talk. He was always a caring, kind, pleasant person and was always grinning! Larry had kind words for you whenever and wherever he saw you! Larry’s family, here in Denton, are my family! His cousin, Patsy, is my childhood and forever friend! I’ll be praying for the family in the days and months ahead! Larry is now with our Lord and resting in sweet peace! He will always be remembered! With sincere sympathy, Love y’all! 

What I remember the most about Larry was that he was kind, a great friend and classmate and always a gentlemen and lots of fun to be around.

Larry lived next door to us for over 25 years, and we could not have asked for a kinder or friendlier neighbor.  Just days ago, he and I exchanged greetings as I rode my bike by his house.  Of course, neither of us had any way of knowing that we would never chat again.  Still, I wish I'd gotten off my bike just long enough to tell him how wonderful it was to have a neighbor like him.  May he rest in peace in God's loving arms, and may his family find comfort in their cherished memories of him.

Larry, your smothering defense during basketball practices made me work extra hard everyday. I was able to run rings around anyone from another team who guarded me. You made that happen, thank you. 
When we worked on the Landscaping Crew, I enjoyed trying to keep up with your very high and consistent energy level. To this day, I enjoy landscaping as a past time. You were a great school mate and a friend. 
Family, thank you for sharing him with us, and especially the class of  '71. May you find comfort in the positive ways he lived and the many lives he touched along the way. All the best.


Larry took care of 'Loved Ones' at National Memorial  as though they were family. Showed same affection for the 'Pets' at Noah's Ark. He'll have a lot of company waiting for him up ahead. He will be surely missed. Thank you Larry. Rest in Peace. You're in God's care now
