Littoria B Kuwano

Littoria (Lee) B. Kuwano, age 87, passed away peacefully at INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital on Saturday, April 24, 2021. She was born in Shelton, CT on January 2, 1934, daughter of the late Isadore and Theresa (Sotira) Beltrone. Aunt to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers, Vincent Beltrone and Victor Beltrone, and her sisters, Katherine Beltrone D’Eramo, Frances Beltrone Jones, and Isadora L. Beltrone Kaminski. She is survived by her son, Douglas T. Kuwano, daughter Lynnden K. Tindall, and her son-in-law, George. She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a devoted fan of the Washington Nationals. She loved the outdoors and gardening. She met her late husband, Douglas T. Kuwano, Jr., at Yale University where her coursework was in music. She taught Piano, was a substitute teacher, and worked in the insurance industry as a Supervisor of Claims Correspondence, and as a Life Sales Assistant.
