Marvin Dale Marsh, Captain, United States Navy (Retired), United States Naval Academy Class of 1948, of The Fairfax, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, crossed over the bar on 18 July 2015. Born on 25 July 1925 in Webb City, MO. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Bransby on 4 June 1948. He dearly loved his family and is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Elizabeth, his beloved children, Mary Roxanne Himmelberger and William Edward Marsh, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a son, John Christopher. In lieu of flowers, those desiring to do so may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
