با نهایت تاسف و تاثر درگذشت پدری مهربان و همسری فداکار مرحوم شادروان، محمد درخشی فر را به اطلاع کلیه اقوام، دوستان و آشنایان میرساند.

مراسم تشیع جنازه و خاکسپاری روز دوشنبه مورخ بیستم فوریه، ساعت ١٠ بامداد در این مکان انجام خواهد شد:

Mohsmmsd Taghi Derakhshifar at the age of 85 passed away peacefully in his home on Monday the 13th, 2023 in Falls Church.

He transitioned to the other side lovingly surrounded by his wife Jennifer L. Barber, and his daughter Niloufar Settar of Warrenton, Va.

He was born in Tehran, Iran on November the 7th, 1937 to Hossin Derakhshifar and Khadueh (Mahin) Lavashi Derkhshifar.

A man who deeply loved his family, enjoyed life, travel, and being with family and friends. His spirit has risen and embraced with joy due to an illness of several years. He is sadly missed by all.

We pray for peace, love, and a quiet spirit for him.

He is sadly missed and survived by his wife Jennifer L. Barber of Falls Church. Daughter Niloufar Miller Settar and her husband Mark Settar of Warrenton, VA and family.

His sister Soori Pahlavan and her husband Hooshangh Pahlavan of Houston Texas.

His nephew Poorang Pahlavan of Houston Texas and Payman Pahlavan of California.

His grandchildren Komron and Aryana Miler of Tennessee and Iman Pahlavan, Deen Pahlavan, and Daston Pahlavan.

May he rest in Peace.

A funeral service for Mohammad will be held Monday, February 20, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042. A graveside service will occur Monday, February 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Oakwood cemetery, 401 N Roosevelt St, Falls Church, VA 22044. A reception will occur Monday, February 20, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
