

Natalie Silberman was born on 3/8/43 to Meyer H. and Tess Estelle Silberman. She went to school at High Point High School in Prince Georges County. She married Ronald Kramer on unknown in Prince Georges County. She then had a second husband John Almacy, which she divorced. She did not graduate.
She worked as a Real Estate agent in Potomac. She then opened up a clothing boutique, Ramona’s of Georgetown where she found her passion for fashion. She was well known for her impeccable taste, personal style and her ability to dress for any occasion. She curated the most beautiful and timeless wardrobe yet hated to go shopping. After she closed Ramona’s of Georgetown, she was an accessory buyer and personal shopper at Harriet Kassman’s in Chevy Chase, where she travelled to New York City often on buying trips. She then went to work at Sak’s Fifth Avenue in Chevy Chase, as a personal shopper, dressing DCs finest. She enjoyed a 20 year career at Sak’s where she met many friends and colleagues. She retired from Saks in 2020 during Covid. During her retirement she enjoyed time with her family and friends. She had a wonderful group of besties that she adored and celebrated many birthdays, laughs and many glasses of Kendell Jackson Chardonnay.
Natalie is predeceased in death by her parents Meyer H and Tess Estelle Silberman and her brother Norman Silberman.
Natalie is survived by her daughter, Alison Kramer of Chester, MD her son Kevin Kramer of Brookeville, MD, her sister Beth Kreimeyer of Chevy Chase, MD, her granddaughter Riley Wrenn of Chester, MD and Logan Wrenn of Ellicott City, MD.

The funeral service will be held at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22043 at 10:00 AM on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Burial will follow the service at King David Memorial Garden.
