Preceded in death by her husband Paul Chretien. Beloved mother of nine children: Gisele Chretien, Marc Chretien, Martin Chretien, Paul-Noel Chretien, Justin Chretien, Jeannine Hinman, Josette Read, Nicole Nicastro, and Jacques Chretien. Noella was the vivacious matriarch of her large family and had 24 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by five sisters.
She loved music, painting, and animals, especially birds. She was always the life of the party and laughed hard and often. She took great joy in her children.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, August 13, 2015, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 W. Broad St., Falls Church.
