Orpha Willis Dornisch

Mrs. Orpha Willis Demsko Dornisch of Gainesville, VA, previously of Falls Church, VA passed away September 19, 2017. She was born July 14, 1935 to C.N. Willis, Sr. and Minnie Lee Hamlin Willis of Mars Hill, NC. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother C.N. Willis Jr, sisters; Edris Cassida, and Edith Lunsford and husband Henry H. Demsko.

She is survived by her husband Donald Dornisch, her children Dr Harold Demsko (Joyce) of Windsor Va, Tobin Demsko of Falls Church, VA. Step-children Linda Baker (David) of Fairfax VA, and Michael Dornisch (Wendy) Of Bowie, MD. Grandchildren; Ryan, Catherine, Blake, Perry, Olivia, Shawn, Chelsea, Austen and Emma and Great grandchildren; Sadie and Lily Grace. Sisters; Inez Edwards, Melba Payne and brothers Boyce Willis (Florence) and V.J. Willis (Wanda) and several nieces and nephews and their families.

Mrs. Dornisch was a graduate of Mars Hill High School, Mars Hill, NC. She moved to Washington, DC as a young women and worked for 35 years with the U.S. Department of Navy.

Family and friends will be received at National Funeral Home on Friday September 22, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral services will be held Saturday September 23, at 11 AM at National Memorial Park. 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church VA 22042 Reception to follow.
