Qingyao Liu, 70 of Great Falls, VA died March 5, 2012 at INOVA Loudoun Hospital. Born in Luoyang China on April 17th, 1941. He received a Doctorate from Beijing Normal University. He was married to Yulan Yang on January 1st, 1970. He is survived by his Children Yang Gossert and Bo Yang. He is the Grandfather of Benjamin and Jackson Gossert. Services will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. with a visitation prior from 10-12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the National Memorial Park Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
