Randolph was born in Manassas, Va. to Randolph Sr. and Victoria Posey on 08/15/1930. He went to Osborn High School, joined the Navy and served on the USS Roosevelt. He married Anna Ganoe on December 22, 1950.
He worked as an Auto body repair technician for 50 years and was active in Cherrydale Baptist Church in Arlington, Va.
Randolph is preceded in death by his grandson Kevin and granddaughter Samantha.
Randolph is survived by his spouse Anna; Alan and his wife Linda, Glen and his wife Liz; brothers John and Bud; sister Vicky Ann; grandchildren Alyson and Caitlin; great-grandchildren Emilee and C.J, and life-long friend Richard Stephens.

Funeral services will begin at 1pm on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at National Funeral Home at 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church 22042. Arrangements are by Dignity Funeral Homes.
