Robert L. Johnson

Robert Leroy Johnson, 80, of Arlington died Friday, July 27, 2018. He was born October 20, 1937 in Calvert Co, MD to the late Robert Johnson and Lillian Gentry. Bob was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the water, Bob was a friend to all and never met a stranger and could light up a room with his smile and humor. He was preceded in death by two children, Robin & Jackie, Sister Claudia and Brother Harold. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria Johnson; three children, Robert Johnson Jr, Susan Marie and Connie Ann, one step daughter Mirtha, a sister, Shirley McMillen, and one brother, Bill Johnson (Pauline) numerous Grandchildren, Great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 5, 2018, from 12 to 2 p.m. service will follow from 2pm to 3pm At National Funeral Home 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042 Interment followed immediately in National Memorial Park.
