Son of Robert F., Sr. and Marie A., died on September 16, 2013 of natural causes and is survived by siblings Edward, Roderick, Catherine, Steven, and Frederick. He will be interred at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA on October 12 at 12 noon.
