Scott D. Dawkins

Scott graduated from Falls Church High School and received his Bachelor Degree from Strayer University. He then worked for Northrop Grumman for 28 years. Scott recently left Northrop Grumman to join their sister company, Peraton.

Scott served for many years as the CFO for the Eckankar organizations in Virginia and Washington, DC.

He loved to travel. He travelled to France, Canada and Ghana. Scott was also dedicated and committed to his family and friends, and to his Eckankar family.

Many of those who knew Scott, will remember his joyous and generous laugh. He uplifted any room he entered. He was a great son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was kind and gentle and lived a life of service and love.

Scott leaves to cherish his memories Synette Dawkins, Aubrey Dewitt Dawkins Jr. (Teresa), Edward Tranham, Vandoria Elaine Dawkins (sister), Ricardo Barnes(Jennifer) (nephew), Sharmika Blackmond (niece) and all the great nieces and nephews, Ricardo Barnes Jr., Shyanne Blackmond, Jadyn Green-Blackmond, Alex Thomas Dorsey Jr., and Alasia Thomas Dorsey and many others.
