Selma was born in Philadelphia to Louis and Mae Goldburg on 9/18/1928. She went to school at Central High in Washington DC and graduated in 1946. She married Stan on 7/30/1950 in Washington DC.
Selma worked for NECA for 40 years and she considered the people there as her second family. Selma was involved in the Mr. and Mrs. Club.
Selma is preceded in death by her beloved husband Stan and her son Harry (Poppy).
Selma is survived by her son Larry 'Hans' (Beth), grandchildren Pablo (Carmen) Calvo, Michael, Mark (Rossie), Nicole, Emily (Jake) Cox, and great-grandchildren Enzo, Massimo, Lucas, Adelyn, and Rueben.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to Montgomery Hospice/Casey House. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Casey House.
Burial will be held at King David Cemetery on 1/8/2024 at 12:00pm.
