On Saturday, July 25, 2015, SYLVIA KRISTALL COHEN of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Albert D. Kristall; loving mother of Jacqueline K. (Albert B. Hemmerdinger) Goldberg, Francine Kristall "Cookie" (Robert) Freid, Cherie Berg (Paul) Fett and Norm M. (Debi) Kristall; beloved grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of 12 and great-great-grandmother of two. Sylvia was a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII, repairing military planes. She did this because "It was the right thing to do at that time". She will be greatly missed by her loving family and all who knew her. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, 11 a.m. at King David Memorial Garden, Falls Church, VA. Family will be observing Shiva at the residence of Jacqueline Goldberg immediately following services through Thursday evening. Minyan 7:30 p.m. each evening.
