THOMAS M. TOUHY (Age 58) “Marty” of Arlington, VA, passed away peacefully at home on February 6, 2014, He is survived by his sister, Marguerite Bass, his nephew, Thomas Bass, and his niece, Melanie Smith. A special place in his heart belonged to Brianna and Scarlett Smith, his great nieces. Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service, 11:00 a.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad St, Falls Church, VA.
