Victoria Bland has touched the hearts of so many people, and her love for other will be greatly missed. She left us so young and full of life, and she truly put her children first in whatever she did for them. She had a kind and majestic personality. I know she's somewhere in Heaven and sharing her love with Angels. Her faith was astounding, and it proves her passing has taken lots of love from this earth.
