Fowler, David Thomas, 31 of Cocoa, Florida, formerly of Lindenhurst, passed away unexpectedly January 11, 2025. Loving and devoted father of Stella. Cherished son of Dianne and the late Daniel. Treasured brother of Bridget (Alyssa). Adored Uncle of Jordan and Dominic. Beloved nephew, cousin and loyal friend to many. David, also known as “Davey Boy”, “Fowler”, or “Little David” was first and foremost a devoted father to his beloved daughter Stella. His love for her knew no bounds, and their special bond was the shining light in his life. David was a true “Momma’s boy”, sharing an incredibly close and special relationship with his mother, Dianne. He was selfless and compassionate, always worrying about others before himself. David was a true “jack-of-all-trades” and was annoyingly good at everything. He could find work in just about any job, whether it was elevator mechanics, plumbing, tiling, or detailing boats, David did it all. David was the kind of person who could always make you laugh, no matter the situation. With a quick wit, a silly sense of humor, and a knack for finding the bright side of any challenge, he had an infectious ability to lighten up a room. His jokes, antics, and smile were his signature, and his friends and family will forever remember him for the joy he spread wherever he went. He will be forever missed. The family will receive visitors Tuesday, January 21st, 4-8 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Mass Wednesday, January 22nd, 11 am at St. Martin of Tours RC Church. Cremation Private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in David's memory to the Phoenix House; phoenixhouse.org.
