Valsecchi, John B., 94, of Farmingdale, formerly of Westbury, passed away January 2, 2025. Reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife, Janet. Loving father of the late John, Joanne Blennau, the late Robert, and Rosemarie Sturtevant. Cherished grandfather of Nicole Rivera, Tricia, John, Kristin Kircheim, and Jaclyn Gilbride, and great grandfather of Ava, Cooper, Emilia, Gracyn, and Nolan. Adored brother of the late Joseph, and Linda Lindsey. Treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews. John will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. The family will receive visitors Sunday, January 5th, 3-7 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Monday, January 6th, 9:45 am at St. Brigid RC Church, Westbury. Interment following at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in John’s name to the American Diabetes Association, diabetes.org.
