

Born on August 24, 1958, in Kyrgyzstan, Alex was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. In January 1980, he married the love of his life, Lyudmila Pevchenko, and together they built a strong and loving family.
In 1998, Alex and his family immigrated to the United States, settling in Portland, Oregon, where they lived for seven years. A hardworking man with a generous spirit, Alex took on various roles in construction and landscaping, always striving to provide the best for his family. Known fondly as a "Jack of All Trades," he was admired for his resourcefulness, work ethic, and ability to fix just about anything.
In 2005, Alex and Lyudmila moved to Palm Coast, Florida, where they continued building a life together. He enjoyed fishing, relaxing with action and detective movies, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Alex is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Lyudmila; his children, Sergey (and his wife), Olga, and Natalya; five cherished grandchildren; and his siblings in Russia. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, unwavering dedication to his family, and kind heart.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and hard work that will continue to inspire all who knew him.
