

Alice loved fishing, gardening, music, traveling, cooking, going to church, and spending time with her family, bringing joy to everyone she was around.
She was a florist and caretaker of the elderly and disabled. She later became a machine operator for Hydro Aluminum for over eight years.
Alice accepted Christ at an early age. She joined Abundant Life Ministries in Palatka, Florida where she enjoyed being ministered to and serving in the church ministries and activities. In 2017, she joined The United Evangelistic & Missionary Outreach of Palm Coast. She was such a loving and hard-working member, caring for church members the way she cared for her own family. She was an ardent missionary in the Lord’s service and took on many tasks without being asked. Even in her sickness, she demonstrated incredible faith in God and love and care for her Pastor and church family.
Alice entered into eternal rest on October 14, 2023 following a extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vance Eugene Perry, Sr. and Lurene Phillips Perry; daughter, Latosha L. Brown; sister, Lottie Ann Phillips; brothers, Johnathan Perry and Dale Perry; nephew, Amos Perry Jr.; niece, Nyeisha Perry.
Alice is survived by her loving husband, Keith Garrell of Palm Coast, and daughters, Reina Brown, and Louise (Marcus) Mitchell all of Palatka, Florida. Sons, Vance (Stephanie) Wright, and Nestor Rodriguez of Palatka. Sisters, Dorothy (Marvin) Lewis, and Michelle Williams Perry all of Palatka, Florida. Sister-in-Law, Marlene Garrell, of Georgia. Brothers, Amos Perry Sr., Vance (Teresa) Perry, Douglas Perry, Lonnie Perry, all of Palatka, Florida., Gregory (Paula) Grant of Georgia, Christopher Garrell, Brother-in-law of Conyers, Georgia. 27 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins as well as other relatives and loving friends.
