Donna Rice 76, of Palm Coast, FL, passed away on October 12, 2017, at her home, with her family by her side after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Arnold Eugene Rice; daughter, Elisa (Tom) Rogers; granddaughter, Kiley Rogers and grandson, Chase Rogers. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donna was a wonderful wife and mother. After retiring as a loan officer in banking she enjoyed spending time in the kitchen and was an avid gardener. Arrangements are under the care of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Memorial Gardens and Crematory, Flagler Beach, FL.
