Fernando Santos

Fernando Santos, 62, of Palm Coast, FL passed away suddenly on April 5, 2022. He was born and raised in Gafanha De Encarnacao, Portugal on December 28, 1959. In 1982 he emigrated to the United States and raised his family in South River, New Jersey. Fernando was a master mason and spent over 40 years perfecting his craft. In 2015 he moved to Palm Coast, Florida. Fernando was a member of the Portuguese American Club of Palm Coast. He enjoyed watching soccer especially his favorite team Benfica but his greatest love was just spending time with his family and beloved friends. He will always be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and loyal friend. Survivors include his children Cinthia Santos and her partner, Claudio Saraiva; son, Bruce Santos and his partner Rebecca Mahoney; grandchildren, Dylan Costa, Jonathan Costa; brothers, Vitor Santos, Joao Carlos Santos; sister, Helena Matos and many more loving relatives and wonderful friends. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A visitation for Fernando will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136. A visitation will occur Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136.

Fernando will be laid to rest in Cemiterio De Gafanha Da Encarnacao.
