Iris Coschignano

Iris Doreen Coschignano 94, of Palm Coast, FL. passed away on May 23, 2023 at AdventHealth Palm Coast. She was born on April 14, 1929 in England. At the age of 22, Iris emigrated to the United States and settled in New York. She retired as a purchasing agent for City College of Staten Island. In her later years she moved to Florida to be closer to her family. Iris will be remembered for her love of music as she was a very talented pianist who spent 25 years volunteering playing the piano at nursing facilities for the residents there. She also enjoyed gardening, reading, cross-stitching and solving jigsaw puzzles. Survivors include her children, son, John and his wife Anna; daughter, Joanne and her husband Gerry; son, Frank; daughter Francesca; and her husband Paul; 3 grandchildren, Jason, John Jr. and Waylon.

Those who Iris met were always inspired by her attitude & outlook on life, she had wonderful friends over the years. Everyone loved her the first time they met her. We all will miss her dearly.

A memorial gathering for Iris will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida 32164, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM.
